In the early ’90’s, Sias joined his brother Johan in the construction business, and has not looked back since.
They say that the best way to learn any trade is to start at the very bottom. Without very much knowledge of construction, Sias started with enthusiasm, maintaining plantation lookout points and the houses of the forestry employees.
More construction contracts followed with Safcol and Rainbow Chickens in the Highveld. The business started growing rapidly.
Much experience in maintenance of projects and learning the tools of the trade motivated Sias to enter the market constructing new houses and housing developments.
